Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier delays outside of our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. PlannedByE Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. At this time, all orders are shipped directly to each customer and shipping is free.

Local pick-up and in-person meetups are not currently available.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

PlannedByE do not accept returns or exchanges on planners, journals, or other physical products once they have been shipped. This policy helps PlannedByE maintain product integrity and quality for all customers.
